Use Sign in with Apple or request a sign-in link by email. Open the email link on the device where you started signing in.
Groups and invitations
Create a group under Together or join with a link, code or QR code. Only share invitations with the intended people. Tasks and expenses always belong to the selected group.
Calendar and sharing
Open Calendar and add an event using the plus button. This does not require a Plus purchase. Keep the entry private or share it with selected groups. “Busy only” hides the title, location and note. Empty days don’t indicate availability. Unsynced changes remain queued locally; you can review conflicts in the app.
Apple Calendar
The connection requires Flatwise Plus and calendar access. Supported writable Apple events are imported as private linked events; you choose any group sharing. Read-only sources remain viewable. Sync happens while the app is active. When disconnecting, review the options for previously exported entries.
Widgets and Flatwise Plus
Plus is a one-time purchase for widgets and Apple Calendar integration. Add widgets through the iOS widget gallery. Existing Plus purchases remain valid. If Plus isn’t recognized, open Settings → Flatwise Plus and restore the purchase with the same Apple Account. With Plus unlocked, the settings row opens Apple Calendar directly.
Expenses and settlements
Check the amount, payer and split for each expense. Only record a settlement payment after it has actually happened. Flatwise calculates outstanding amounts but does not move money.
Deleting your account and data
Open Home → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. Read the consequences and confirm deletion. An internet connection is required. Groups you own and their shared data are removed. Shared content in other people’s groups remains available to their members. Your Apple Account, App Store purchases and already exported calendar entries are not deleted. For Apple-linked accounts, sign-in authorization is revoked in the background.
Inappropriate content and abuse
Harassment, threats, hate, unlawful content and unauthorized publication of personal data are not allowed. Report a member via Together → Group → Member → Report; a description is optional. Group owners can also remove members there. Existing expenses and settlements remain; rejoining with a valid invitation is possible. Alternatively, email info@flatwi.se with the group, content and reason. Share only information needed for review. Reports are reviewed; violations may lead to content removal and account suspension.
